After struggling with anorexia for two years, becoming overly obsessed with nutrition, fitness and being healthy (orthorexic tendencies), and being depressed, I'm finally ready to be healthy and happy.
My goal now is to focus on balancing nutrition/fitness with being a normal,flexible teenager.
